On December 26, 2016, Ivan Shabalov, Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the Pipe Producers Association, and Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Board of PJSC “Gazprom”, signed an Agreement on cooperation on the system of voluntary certification of pipe products of INTERGAZCERT. According to this Agreement, the functions of the Central Authority of the System in the direction of "pipe products" is performed by the Pipe Producers Association. The Association, acting within the framework of the Agreement concluded with PJSC “Gazprom”, involves an Autonomous non-profit organization "Center for research, certification and technical testing" Transport Pipeline Systems "(ANO TTS) to assist in the implementation of the functions of the Central Authority of the System.
