The subject of the Association activities is:

- assist the members of the Association in promoting their products to the market;

- organization of research work to improve the quality of pipes and create pipes with improved consumer properties;

- development of programmes for systematic and purposeful improvement of the quality of pipes;

- assistance in the implementation of PJSC Gazprom's programs to provide pipes with new consumer properties for the development of offshore gas and oil fields in the Arctic and Far Eastern seas, for directional and horizontal drilling and other special conditions of construction and operation;

- assistance in the development and implementation of development programs for members of the Association, taking into account the needs and prospects of development of PJSC “Gazprom” pipeline systems;

- optimization of the provision system of the objects of PJSC “Gazprom” with pipes of domestic production that meet the requirements of PJSC “Gazprom”;

- organization and implementation of works within the framework of voluntary certification systems of PJSC “Gazprom” in accordance with the requirements of the documents of these systems;

- assistance in the implementation of programs for the development of import-substituting products, as well as new products.
